A global entertainment company needed a collaboration training module that felt relevant, useful, and memorable for its 5,500 senior managers with wildly different needs and contexts across this large, matrixed organization.

THE WORK

We interviewed HRBPs and L&D stakeholders, pulled inspiration from far outside the industry, and co-created the module content in three working sessions with our clients — designing it to work in both live webinar and async formats.

We delivered a ready-to-deploy 3-hour collaboration training, complete with a narrative framework, practical toolkit, and a curated inspiration library, built to resonate globally and put into immediate practice.
