We investigated trends across diabetes and wellness, synthesizing consumer behaviors and unmet needs through qualitative research with patients and healthcare professionals. We then co-developed digital product concepts anchored in the client's CGM, working through pricing, features, and positioning to ensure fit with their brand and growth ambitions.
We tested the concepts through qualitative and quantitative methodologies, engaging boht patients and clinicians. Ultimately, we delivered a consumer-validated MVP pairing their CGM device with a digital experience, a priority target segment, a TAM-based business case, and a launch roadmap.
