Turning purpose into practice for a South American education leader

THE BRIEF

A leading South American K-12 school had done the hard work of defining its purpose and values. But none of it was showing up in how staff worked day to day, and the gap between the two was quietly undermining everything leadership was trying to build.

THE WORK

We ran qualitative research alongside employee engagement surveys to surface the specific friction: gaps in unity, candor, follow-through, and healthy boundaries.

From there, we designed immersive sessions where leaders built and stress-tested new ways of working, using targeted experiments to embed new behaviors before scaling them across the organization. Employees are already reporting increased participation, candor, and wellbeing. A second phase to bring the model to more cohorts is underway.
