We ran foresight research across tech, markets, and venture funding, modeled competitive dynamics with game theory experts, and mapped the organization's internal assets and capabilities. In a strategy creation workshop, we generated hypotheses with the client, then validated the strongest opportunities through qualitative research with early adopters and digitally-native businesses.
Altogether we identified a set of strategic directions, products to pursue them with, and what to build, borrow, or buy. The CMO assigned owners to every strategy, and two products are in market.
