3 Questions to Ponder

We can too easily get tunnel vision when it comes to how we tackle our work. Enabling ourselves to get not just expansive, but unusual, can open our minds to a totally unique perspective or angle into solving our challenge.

Let yourself get weird in answering these questions with your current project or cahllenge in mind! Then capture any threads or ideas spurred from those and start to think about how you can bring them into your work more practically.

  1. If two leaders you respect were discussing this challenge, what would their key points of disagreement be?

  2. What questions might a child ask about this project that could reveal a fresh insight?

  3. If you approached this challenge by doing the opposite of your initial plan, what might that look like?
